I get Aldi low carb wraps, and make 'quesadillas' with a single wrap, a slice of the low fat aldi cheese, pickled jalapenos and hot sauce. Just heat the wrap in a pan, add everything, and fold it over when it gets nice and crispy! Really hits the junk-food spot, and super, super easy/lazy/cheap!

I'll share a fave first: egg white omelette with broccoli, tomato and onion. Watermelon is really filling, delicious, and low calorie for the volume you can eat. Cauliflower is another high volume food. Watermelon can be deceptive though.at least for me.
