I'm pretty sure it would be R, actually. Yes, the games are PG-13, but only because of the fact they're minimal Fusion games. A movie doesn't really have the limit of Scott's artistic ability meaning that graphic detail is totally within the realm of possibility. I would much rather FNaF be rated R, as the public/general audiences would take it
